I was tasked with introducing an all‑new suite of U.S.‑based B2B solutions to the global B2C sales team of a major loyalty agency—a team unfamiliar with the category and already stretched thin by competing priorities.
To drive understanding and adoption, I created a fully integrated "Inspire" campaign. This concept was delivered through live and virtual meetings, thought‑leadership content, sales‑enablement tools, and customer‑ready materials across digital, social, print, and video.
